I had to send a few things back from my order, and yeah, I was kind of expecting it to turn into a whole annoying thing because refunds usually do. But it wasn’t bad at all, and I don’t really get why people act like every return process is automatically a nightmare.
I sent the info they asked for, waited a couple days, and they got back to me like they said they would. The money showed back up on my card without me having to chase anyone down or argue about it. Straightforward experience, so I’m giving it 5 stars.

Weirdly, I remember there was this tiny piece of blue tape on the inside flap, but the whole thing was packed so well that I have zero complaints.

I found a bunch of brands here that I normally never see for this cheap, which was a nice surprise. Feels like you can always come across something random and good if you look around a bit. The only thing is the site sorting could be better, but every shopping site seems to make that part annoying anyway.

So it is basically just like wish? they take forever also. wouldn't get what i ordered for months.
